  • 100g Hazelnuts
  • 100g Walnuts
  • 100g Cashews
  • 50g Penatus
  • 100g Brazil Nuts
  • 50g Pumpkin Seeds
  • 50g Sunflower Seeds
  • 50g Almonds
  • optional: 30g Cornflakes, unsweetened
  • optional: 10g Strawberries, dried

How to make:

  1. This athlete's food is very easy to prepare
  2. You simply mix all the nuts listed above in a large bowl and your athlete nut-mix is ready
  3. Now feel this nut mixture in a well-sealable jar or container
  4. Always have a jar of it at home and preferably a good portion of it - preferably in a plastic container (doesn't break so quickly in the sports bag) - in your sports bag
