  • 100g Oatmeal
  • 50g Spelt, puffed
  • 10g Buckwheat, puffed
  • 5 g Golden millet, puffed
  • 20 g hacked Hazelnuts
  • 50g hacked Walnuts
  • 50g hacked Almonds
  • 50g hacked Brazil nuts
  • 10g Pumpkin seeds
  • 20g Buckwheat-Flakes
  • 20g Sunflower Seeds

How to make:

  1. Pour all the ingredients into a large enough bowl
