- 100g Oatmeal
- 50g Spelt, puffed
- 10g Buckwheat, puffed
- 5 g Golden millet, puffed
- 20 g hacked Hazelnuts
- 50g hacked Walnuts
- 50g hacked Almonds
- 50g hacked Brazil nuts
- 10g Pumpkin seeds
- 20g Buckwheat-Flakes
- 20g Sunflower Seeds
How to make:
- Pour all the ingredients into a large enough bowl
- mixed it well
- pour into a well-sealable jar or container and your athlete's muesli is ready to eat
