Protein Pan Cakes

Ingredients:
- 300g Spelt flour
- 50g oat flour
- 50g almond flour
- 1 TL baking powder
- 10g Quinoa, popped
- 1 TL Amaranth, popped
- 200 ml Almond Milk
- 300 ml Sparkling Water
- 50 g Agave syrup
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of cinammon
- 1 pinch of ground vanilla
- 1 pinch of turmeric
How to make:
- Put all the ingredients together in a bowl
- Mix well with a whisk so that you don't have any lumps of dough - You can also blend everything with a food processor
- Let stand for at least 30 minutes so that the sparkling water can develop its power - this will make the pancakes nice and fluffy
- Set the stove to level 3. Put a little margarine or oil in a pan, and as soon as the margarine has melted, add a tablespoon of dough blobs to the hot pan and fry on both sides until golden brown - the first ones always take a little longer - then it's quick - if necessary regulate the temperature down a bit
